For this package you get exclusive use of our venue and property Friday 3 pm to Sunday 11 am.
This package includes onsite accommodation for up to 20 guests at our solar powered boutique retreat, and ceremony & reception for up to 80 guests.
This package includes everything that you would need to host your event, plus an event coordinator to help with the details, and day of coordination.
Our venue in naturally beautiful, and needs little décor, but of course stylists are welcome.

What to Bring
Warm outdoor clothing, even in the summertime the nights can get cool.
A headlamp or flashlight
Walking or trail running shoes for exploring our trail system
A lighter or matches for the campfire
Firewood can be purchased for $5 a bundle, so cash if you plan on having a campfire
Tin Poppy is located in the Larch Hills, between the North Okanagan and the Shuswap. Half way between Calgary and Vancouver. An hour and a half from Kelowna and Kamloops, 25 minutes from Salmon Arm and Enderby.
Directions from the West (Salmon Arm)
From Salmon Arm - Turn right off of hwy one 3 km past Salmon Arm onto hwy 97b. Drive for approximately 8 km. Turn left onto Grandview Bench Rd. Drive for approximately 5 km, then turn left onto Edgar Rd. Edgar Rd is a dirt road. Drive for approximately 3 more Km then turn right onto Lower Edgar Road, there will be a Tin Poppy Retreat sign at that junction, drive for about 50 meters and keep right, follow the painted poppies and hanging hearts for approximately 3km at which point you’ll see signs directing you to your destination, Tin Poppy, Violet Cabin, Wild Rose Cabin or Lavender House.
Directions from the South (Vernon)
Drive through Enderby and past the Salmon Arm turn off, in approximately 3 turn left onto Grandview Bench Rd. Drive for approximately 5 km, then turn right onto Edgar Rd. Edgar Rd is a dirt road. The 160 acre retreat has many hiking and snowshoeing trails to explore, but is only 10 minutes from the Larch Hills ski trails which is home to some of B.C.'s finest ski trails, with 125 km of trails, about 43km of which are track set for both classic and skating.

Location & Transportation
Located in the Larch Hills, 5 hours from Vancouver and 5 hours from Calgary
1 and a half hours from the Kelowna airport and approximately 2 hours from the Kamloops airtport.
Shuttle Service can be arranged to and from the Kelowna and Kamloops airport, and hotels.
