Emerald Hall Reception, Ceremony & Accommodation Package 2020

 

 

  Please note, due to the current covid 19 pandemic and BC regulations this package is for up to 50 people attending your event. This includes vendors onsite ~ marriage commissioner, caterer, bartenders and day of coordinator.

For our Love in the Time Corona package we have included your marriage commissioner, blooms for the couple and a planner/day coordinator to help with any questions and to make sure your event day runs as smoothly as possible.

We decorate Emerald Hall, the wedding tables and ceremony site with seasonal wild greenery from our retreat for a fresh, local vibe that can be used as the main decor, or as a base for your wedding stylist if you choose to hire one.

You’re welcome to bring in your own alcohol, but will need a Special Events Permit. You will also need to acquire third party liability; your event cannot take place with these permits.

For catering, photography and other vendors, you can choose from our a la carte menu, or our planner will be happy to go over other vendor options with you and help you with your decision.
You are welcome to bring in your own vendors.
*
If you choose to bring in your own caterer they must have a mobile kitchen and supply their own dinnerware.
